1. Service Description

QNP provides an OpenAI-compatible API proxy service that routes requests to multiple Large Language Model (LLM) providers through a single unified endpoint. The service includes API access, a web dashboard for key management and usage monitoring, configurable provider fallback chains, and billing management.

2. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into these terms.
  • One person or entity may maintain multiple accounts, but each account must have a unique email address.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activity that occurs under your account and API keys.
  • Keeping your API keys secure and not sharing them publicly.
  • Ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitoring your usage and costs through the dashboard.
  • Revoking compromised API keys immediately.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use QNP to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
  • Resell or redistribute the API service without prior written agreement.
  • Use the service to build a competing product or service.
  • Send automated requests designed to overload or disrupt the service.
  • Violate the acceptable use policies of the upstream LLM providers.

5. Billing and Payment

  • Free Tier — 50 requests per day at no cost. No credit card required.
  • Pro Tier — $29/month subscription plus pay-per-use for API requests at provider cost (no markup).
  • Prepaid Credits — Credits can be purchased for pay-per-use billing. Pro tier credits do not expire.
  • Refunds — Unused prepaid credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase upon request. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) — When using your own provider keys, API costs are billed directly by the provider. QNP does not charge for proxy usage in BYOK mode beyond the subscription fee.
  • All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

6. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Free Tier — Provided on a best-effort basis with no SLA.
  • Pro Tier — We target 99.9% uptime but this is not a contractual SLA.
  • Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors beyond our control (upstream provider outages, network issues, etc.).
  • The fallback routing feature is designed to mitigate provider outages but does not guarantee 100% request success.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QNP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you send through our API. We claim no ownership over your prompts, responses, or generated content. The QNP service, brand, and documentation are our intellectual property.

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support at [email protected].
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in abusive behavior.
  • Upon termination, your API keys will immediately stop working. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (limitation of liability, intellectual property, etc.).

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
